Hi,

The girl I love is my father's cousin brother's daughter. We both are Hindu. Does the maariage is acceptable under Hindu Marriage Act or not.

In some communities this is acceptable. Moreover, if your fathers cousin brother is from the mothers side, then this is acceptable. Strictly speaking this is your second cousin and you can marry her.
