HOW SOON A SESSION JUDGE DISPOSE OFF THE CASE WHEN BOTH PARTIES DECIDE TO COMPROMISE THE MATTER IN A CONGNIZABLE AND NON COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCE. WHAT IS THE LEGAL PROCEDURE. IS IT IMPORTANT TO APPOINT A SENIOR ADVOCATE IN THIS MATTER. RGDS BABU

there is no time limit, if both the parties are ready to compromise or the settlement has been completed then it is better file a quashing petition before hc and get instant relief
