How to file a complaint against corrupt judge of jmfc ?

Respected Experts,
Its been now more than 5 yrs that my husband has not paid a single amount of Interim maintenance.
I have put two applications to issue Distress Warrant against my husband.
But the Court neither directing my husband to pay the amount nor issuing warrant against him.
When I requested to the Judge to direct my husband to pay the interim maintenance then he said that he has other cases to work on and he has no time.
Please advice me now,
1) How to transfer the case from his court to the other ?
2) How and where to file complaint against him ?

You seem to be quite adventurous, as ready to file a complaint against a judge, but do not seem to have any courage to come forward with your real identity. Any specific reason that compelled you to keep yourself anonymous?
Please be aware, any complaint made anonymously is not taken any cognizance by any authority of the Government.
Better ask your paid lawyer to justify your stand before the judge.

Respected Experts,
Being an anonymous doesn't affect much if anybody actually wants to help.
My all lawyers and judges made a chain.There only intention is to save my husband from all the consequences.
One thing I realize in our country forget about the justice.The one who has money can easily buy it even though you have strong proof.

What happened to the previously self proclaimed "behen ram kali" that she had again gone to her hideout?
Also what happened to her approval as an expert with experience of more than 20 years in consumer forum cases?
