how to get my name on my father's property

My parents died in the year 2009 and 2013. He was having some agriculture land in a village. He didn't make any will. I am not his real son,he adopted me without any ceremony but on my all documents his name is registered As father. I am having following documents Pan card, voter card,educational certificate, family certificate issued by tahseeldar. How should I proceed to make the agricultual property on my name. I am his only son.

You were adopted without any deed. There are threads on similar query affirming that it is valid adoption without any deed.
Lean on your able counsel.
You may need to establish before the authorities that you were indeed adopted.

Apply to tehsildar to mutate the land in your name.
If he do not agree consult your lawyer.

1. File a application for "Letter of Administration" with the local High Court, stating all facts and declare the known /unknown legal heirs of the deceased.
2. AFTER due procedure of law, IF the High Court, grants you "Letter of Administration" THEN you are entitled to the Title-Ownership of the deceased's property for all purposes.
