I hv filed petition for divorce on desertion ground by husband, summon has been served on him, but he is not cming 2 face d trail, husband hving no property in his name but his father hv land n house, so what shall I do by which ill get something 4 my survival n maintenance

Whether the property is in his father's name is an ancestral property? If so get attach the share of your husband in that property.

You can file case u/s 125 crpc or under PWDV Act for your maintenance.
He need not possess any property to provide you maintenance.

you have no right over your father in law self acquired property . your remedy is only against your husband . he is bound to pay you maintenance

yes if your father in law is his own property by his own savings then you have right to ask only maintenance from your husband
