Iss hookah parlour is banned in bihar?if no then please suggest me the right and perfect line for opening a hookah bar like license,leagal permises and etc.plzzz help me

A business is not a benign business being harmful to public heath. Necessarily, you need to take permission/licence in accordance with the norms prevailing locally.

Obtain trade licence for hookah bar from muncipal corporation, in addition you must have licence for selling tobacco, besides a permission from the fire depart
-a permission from the municipal board...ur hookah bar cannot be within 800 meters of any education institution distance varies from place to place
-entertainment tax..if u plan to play music plus permission from local police station
The Central Law has clearly mentioned that Smoking is prohibited in public places. However, the state law permits a smoking zone in a restaurant with a sitting capacity of more than 30 people.
