Hi,
My grandma had sold a property under the pressure of two of her daughter. When the property sale agreement was signed, son of my grandma's niece had filed a petition to prevent the property sale as they also had some land adjacent to the grandma's land. Later this petition was withdrawn after my grandma had expired. In that case will the property sale done by grandma be still valid since that was done under a period when there was court order not to sell this property?
My grandma has six daughters, of that only two daughters are have all the money got from the property sale which has to be equally shared with all the daughters of my grandma. At present a major share of this amount is deposited in the bank account of one these two daughter's husband's account. In that case how should we protect the principal and the interest of that until the dispute is settled. Would like to know how i can proceed to freeze his account also ensure that account freeze is not lifted until this dispute is settled.

Mere pendency of a suit does not make invalid the sale of suit property unless the decree to the contrary is passed.
You can not freeze her account though you can file a suit for partition and for rendition of accounts.
