If
couple did not stay in a place apart from couple of days, can domestic violence case be filed at that place.

If the wife filed a DV case in her place where right now she is living can be challenged in the high court, because protection officer has to file a report. What is happening is that Protection officer of one place files a report as if he has got a jurisdiction to do so in another place.

Husband does not have any property in that state, neither did he ever lived there on rent. It was once in while he used to come to wife for one or two days only
