Your complaint to High court should have enough proof against magistrate. Investigation details can't be asked under RTI. Let the result come High court may call you for inquiry. You can apply for transfer of case on the ground that you have complained against the magistrate.

Be ready with solid proof in support of your complaint, otherwise you will be punished as per law. No information will be provided you under RTI. It is better for you to file a transfer of your case petition before session judge

Any given facts or evidence can have diverse opinions and just the one which does not suits to you is given than it is no offense even for a common person so how the Judge will be guilty or biased.
If you continue with such practices Contempt of court case can be slapped against you.

KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU ARE PARTY IN PERSON.YOU MAY BETTER TAKE HELP OF SOME LEGAL EXPERTS.I SUGGEST INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING AGAINST THE MAGISTRATE, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE SAID COURT YOU MAY FILE APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF SAID COURT CASE TO SOME OTHER COURT.YOU HAVE TO MENTION ALL DETAILS .THIS APPLICATION WITH SUPPORTING PAPERS SHOULD BE FILED AS TRANSFER APPLICATION TO THE DIST AND SESSIONS JUDGE OF AREA CONCERNED. KINDLY NOTE THAT IN YOUR OWN INTEREST KINDLY RESTRICT YOUR MATTER TO THE FACTS OF THE CASE AND GET THE DESIRED RESULTS FROM THE COURT.DO NOT FILE ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST ANY ONE ,IT WILL SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT. MAY GOD BLESS YOU..GOOD LUCK.
