Have a peaceful discussion and arrive at an amicable solution.Since you had No objection to your brother getting the Father's Job Politely request him for the Jewels for your Future. He would agree.Legally it would be only Shared Equally among both of You.

EQUALLY DIVIDE JEWELS.
AS YOU COMPROMISED FOR JOB, YOU CAN ENTER INTO AGREEMENT MOU FOR ALL JEWELS FOR YOU.

Jewels and all the properties of the parents unless bequeathed through a Will, vests equally with all the siblings.

Since you are unmarried, you may be eligible for family pension. Please verify.
