Hello.
My question: Is there any limitation period for offences under the Juvenile Justice Act in India( akin to section 468 CrPC)? For example, if a person committed an offence when he was 13 years old: can he be tried for that if the offence comes to light when he is 50 years old?
Thanks in advance.

To my best, if a child commits an offense of heinous nature then he can undergo the same trial as an adult in order to achieve the ends of justice under JJ Act, 2015.

It is unlimited as that of Section 468 IPC, whereas the provision pertain to punishment for forgery committed by accused which reads as:
Section 468 in The Indian Penal Code
468. Forgery for purpose of cheating.—Whoever commits forgery, intending that the 1[document or electronic record forged] shall be used for the purpose of cheating, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
What are the facts of offence and charge ??
