Lost construction agreement

Hi All,
I have lost my original construction agreement. I have its xerox copies with me. Now, bank is demanding that agreement for approving loan. Please suggest me what to do? I am in great dilemma.

have you lodged FIR regarding loss of original documents . apply for certified copy from Sub registrar office . inform bank of loss of originals and furnish certified copy of agreement
