Sir, I receive 65000 as my net salary after deduction of Income tax, NPS contribution, CGHS deduction, Co-operative society deduction, Professional tax. I have my father and mother dependent on me. I love in a rented flat in Kolkata amounting to Rs 15000 and fooding traveling coste around 10000. I have an emi of Rs 20000 pm. Then also Family court has awarded 20000 to my wife and son without considering my loans. What should I do.

If you are aggrieved by the order then you can prefer an appeal based on the facts what you have expressed here.

The maintenance order passed by family court should be realistic and reasonable and well reasoned if not, file appeal before High Court .
