Name change in all official documents

(Querist) 15 July 2015 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

My name is Bhavana Sadhani. I am married for 6 years now. In my marrriage certificate I have not changed my name. Now I want to change my name from Bhavana Sadhani to Bhavana Toolahalli. What is the process of change of name in all documents like Marriage certificate, Passport, PAN card, Aadhar Card, Voter's ID, Sale Deed, Bank account, DL, Mutual Funds, bonds etc. Should I also get name changed in all my educational certificated? Please advice.

Thanks,
Bhavana

Get an affidavit sworn and two newspaper insertion and gazette publication. Apply online for change in PAN card followed by printed application submitted. Apply on prescribed application at election office for change in election card. For driving license approach transport authority with proofs. You can wait for maturity of Bonds / mutual funds or write to the concerned funds for change.
