Dear All,
My query is regarding Nomination in a Co-op Housing Society.
Member "A" made a nomination in the names of her family members "b" "c" "d" (1/3 share for each nominee. On the death of Member "A" the society transferred the share certificate in the names of the three Nominees "b""c" & "d". Nominee "b" was made the member and "c" & "d" were admitted as Associate members. (as mentioned in the Share Certificate).
Subsequently the Society received nominations from "b" "c" & "d".
MY QUERY BASED ON THE ABOVE IS CAN THE SOCIETY ACCEPT AND RECORD NOMINATIONS FROM ASSOCIATE MEMBERS?

Associate members have no rights to Nominate / Gift / Transfer immovable property to anybody, UNLESS & UNTILL THEY ARE DECLARED AS LEGAL HEIRS, BY THE COMPETENT COURTS.
