Wanted to know can we setup an online medical store. If yes, how should we proceed ans what are the requirements as per the law needs to be taken care.

1. Medicines can be disbursed ONLY by Doctors physical prescriptions. Anything contrary to this is illegal and prosecute'able.

2. Online medicine disbursing websites are illegal, atleast presently in India. Anyways interact with the local FDA office for any exemptions applicable for such websites.

You can set up provided you comply with provisions of several laws pertaining to medical council of India, state and other laws on drugs & cosmetics and also food adultration, etc.
