Parking Problem on Private Road

sir i live in a private property which is located on a private road ie the road also is a part of private property the place where i park my vehicle is dead end ie after my car is parked there is hardly few meter of road till where a vehicle can go recently some one has complained to traffic police that i am obstructing the way of people and traffic police is threatening me that they will tow my vehicle and every now and then they are comming with towing van inside my lane which is a private road but as traffic police are meant for public can they exercise their law on private road is there any law section under which i can prevent them from doing so

any help would be appreciated

if your vehicle is parked inside your property police cannot threaten you. You put a board in your property that trespassers will be prosecuted.

if you park inside your property or place allocated to you, no one can question you.

Give a complaint to traffic police commissioner.
