parking sale by builder

I have booked a flat in Pune. In the break-up of cost builder has quotated rs.3laks as CDC(city devp charges) and told that it includes covered car parking, but now at time of agreement he is saying that I will be provided with only open car parking and not covered. What should I do?

@Author, Obtain and verify the norms and conditions of the Agreement made between the owner and builder. further, verify the agreement of others with the builder and then ask the builder to do as is done to other flat owners. if necessary consult a local lawyer.

Ask the builder to provide covered car parking as agreed by him at the time of negotiation. Now he is not providing closed car parking, decide yourself whether to enter into agreement with the builder or not.
