Hello,
I am Manjunath from Bangalore.
I have received the 2 cheque for Rs.3,50000/- from one of my friend for settlement of a partnership business now the cheque got bounce we have not signed the any document yet,what we can do next pls. advise.

There is neither any Head nor any tail to your story.

What do you mean by Settlement of Partnership business?

Do you mean to say that both of you proposed to start a partnership firm, for which he gave Rs. 7 lakhs as his capital through cheque - and that cheque got bounced?
