CAN STATE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE CLAIM INTEREST ON DELAYED PAYMENT OF GRATUITY?

Yes you can claim by sending a Legal Notice,failing which you can file a case in State Administrative Tribunal or file a Writ Petition in High Court.
