Photography in govt office prohibited for photography

Dear Sirs,
I shall be obliged to know the nature of Offence and Law applicable for a person who makes a video clip inside Oil depot of Govt Co.without permission of competent authority which is prohibited for taking any photo.

This is theft and also an offence punishable under section 66 of IT Act.

I may not agree it being theft. If it is oil depot you have compromised its security and if the depot relates to sensitive supplies it may even amount to espionage punishable under Official Secrets Act.
