A WILL with respect to any AGRICULTURAL property in U P is required to be made by a REGISTERED DEED ONLY,must be in your mind.

Reduce the will in writing ,get it signed in presence of two witnesses who acknowledge that the testator has signed the WILL before them and in turn they have signed before him and then get it registered before the area of registrar where testator resides.
