Dear Sir,

I live on the second floor. My cousin's Family resides at 1st Floor take over the half of whole roof by coercion and make a wall with iron gate and lock. Now after some months roof (seize by them) is leaking because of rain water ruined the roof as house is more than 35 years old...and they are denying to repair that roof. now roof is leaking since last night.........so please help me.....what should i do.....should i make a lock at entry gate of Roof....or there is any mode of judgement through court and how

File a suit for mandatory injunction.
Against leakage of roof, make complaint with Municipal authority.

You have every right to go to civil court and even recover the damages of leakage.

issue legal notice and then move court for recovery of loss caused to your flat

Lawsuit of damages and injunction is your remedy but in case it is CHS building of which you both are members you would need to go before Assistant registrar co-operative.
