Can a establishment file a case in Consumer Court against Provident fund Office for defficiancy of Service?

if you believe that your side produced the all document then he will not pay the PF, you can make complaint.

Need more details on it. If any defoult of service you found then lodge the complaint to the cconcern regional provident fund commissior with all details. Then if you r not get proper reply then by rti u get the details of it with that u can file case

No, Establishment is not come under purview of definition of "consumer" under the consumer protection act.

Yes. It can be filed. I am standing counsel for EPFO and I face various cases there.

Yes. I too believe that the Consoumenr Complaint can be filed against EPF office.

I will strongly agree with Mr Nair and Mr Makkar. Not only that consumer case can be filed againt them they are expert in losing it aa well. But I doubt whether establishemtn can file. Employee can certainly file.
