Redevlopment of cessed property having reservation

Hi Sir,
I live in a A category Cessed Building in Parel-Sewri, and was planning to go under redevlopment with a developer. on Going through the D.P.Remarks, it was noted that the Entire plot is having a R.G.Reservation.
i wanted to know, if i can still redevelop my building, if yes, what procedure should be followed?

if plot is reserved for recreation ground then BMC wont give sanction for redevelopment .

is building illegal ? do you have occupation certificate

Good Day sir,
Like i mentioned, mine is a Cessed Building, nd we have been living in his structure post 1945, nd Timely paying cess Tax to MHADA, with valid reciepts. so yes the Building is Fairly legal in all respects.

If the building is valid then there is no legal hurdle to get it redeveloped. You shall have to enter/execute an agreement to this effect with the builder/redevoper on the mutually agreed terms and conditions with prior intimation to MHADA.
