in one case will is made.but heirs who thinks their shares r less than others have any remedy more so wen subject matter of dispute is given permanent stay by court.is there any remedy posssible? at what stage court will decide abt will.

If the property is self acquired property of the executant of will then question of less share does not arise.

1. IF the matter has become sub-judice, THEN application may be moved in the Court, for permission to hold Arbitration proceedings leading to a family settlement deed, of course with the consent of all claimants, which in turn would lead to abating the proceedings in the court.

2. The above will be much faster and easier, rather to wait for years for some relief from the courts.
