SIR, WE WERE MARRIED AROUND 11 YRS BACK AND WE HAVE 09 YRS OLD SON. THIS YEAR JANUARY WE TOOK DIVORCE THROUGH MUTUAL CONSENT AT MUMBAI. AFTER DIVORCE WE REALIZED THAT WE HAVE DONE VERY BIG MISTAKE IN LIFE AND WE WANT TO REMARRY WITH EACH OTHER. NOW WE ARE RESIDING AT PUNJAB TOGETHER WITH OUR SON WITHOUT PERFORMING ANY MARRIAGE CEREMONY.

Hardeep Ji, good to know that u both realised the mistake.
u ll ve to tie the nupital knot again.
technically u can not reside together as husband wife.
procedure remains the same nothing new about it.
u can go for court marriage....and dont worry about costs...these will be much lesser than the last time u spent :-)
visit some local lawyer, he will give u full assistance in the matter...i dont know in which city of Punjab u r living in otherwise i would ve suggested u some lawyer in this context.
