Right of first wife n second wife as per islam

I'm a muslim legally I got divorced now I want to marry a person whose wife cannot give birth to a child through doctor consultant .my father is saying to that man to bring his wife or her mom or any person from wife's family infront of every one say that u can marry a woman becoz I have a problm until that my father doesn't take proposal further is right or wrong I don't know.my father fear for future problms or she will make a drama infront of evry one on marriage so I seek advice what islam says as per law ? Does she have rights to take a action future? Plz advice n thank u so much for looking into my question.may Allah bless u with happinees.

There are two preliminary issues:
Is the the person a Government employee? If he is a Government employee, he needs to get permission for the second marriage.
Secondly, what is the cause for childlessness? Is it solely because of the first wife? It could very well be that the problem is with the husband. If so, he may even go for a third or fourth marriage.
Please ascertain these aspects. The issues you have raised are secondary.

A Muslim can marry another woman without divorcing his first wife.
