Right of the tenant Mumbai to use all facilities of the club

Dear Sir, I am a owner of flat in Dreams Bhandup west Mumbai which I purchased from the builder directly in 2007. I stayed in the flat for 5 years and till date paying maintainence and other charges every month as billed by the society then rented it out on Leave and Licensee agreement. The society has created the facility of club House of which I am a member. My present tenant has been asked to apply for club membership which he is going to do after paying the required club membership fee to the society. Will he be allowed to use all the facilities of the club which includes Gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, indoor games and library.At present he has been told that all the facilities except the swimming pool can be used by him.What's the expert's opinion in this case.

Depend on the bylaws and AGM resolutions.

He has already been told what facilities can be used. Probably fee for pool is not included. As an original buyer you would be aware of Bye Laws and Club rules of Society for tenant that becomes club member.
