Dear Sir / Madam,
Please tell me which Form / Documents required with Sale Invoice to Hyderabad {A.P.}. We have to dispatch Used Machines from Delhi.
Please reply earlier.

Are you doing business or your used items to be dispatched to other place. If you send for your own purpose as for as individual then declaration is sufficient but by company then need to send by delivery note. If it is under comercial trasaction then you have to send through invoice and delivery chellan and apporpriate rate of tax should be mentioned in the invoice with receiver's TIN.
