How can we place an RTI to police for seeking information regarding FIR?

Can we place RTI through email mentioned on PIO website i.e. email id given on Delhi police websites.

Or it needs to be drafted by advocate and some procedure for submission?

There is no provision on this website https://rtionline.gov.in/
