Salary dispute with my employer

(Querist) 01 February 2019 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
We were not paid 5 months of our salary by our employer, so we approached the labor commissioner office in Keesara, they sent letters thrice to our company owner to come to the labor court in Keesara. But the letters were not delivered all three times. The labor commissioner says they can't do anything until and unless the letters are delivered. Please advise us what we can do next.

Thanks&Regards

Take summoning order with process server with you for delivery with specific instructions (by commissioner) for affixation on a conspicuous place of the premises of employer.

Sir,
Today I'm going to the labor office to take the summoning order. Please let me know what should I do after taking the order.

Sir,
We have received ex-party order in favour of us. But, when we send letters to our employer they are not available at the registered address nor at their house. Please advise how can catch him.

Change your advocate. Does he not know how to do this?

Sir,
I'm going to file police compliant on my employer with in two or three days.

1. Make application before the court for "pasting orders" thru the local police station.

2. The Police would paste the order on the employers premises and file their compliance report in the court.

Well Questioned by Expert S.Martin.

Presently a Police Complaint could be lodged only with the Consent of Court. Better seek the consent of court and make ab News Paper publishing regard to Summon and the Court would issue an Ex Parte orde. Discuss with your Advocate

Normally the News Papers would charge only an nominal amount in matters related to Court/Advocate Notices
