Respected Members,
Please provide Judgement of Supreme Court regarding "no construction within 500
meter from the mid stream of the Ganges".

I have no knowledge of SC judgement. But, in Mar'2011 the Allahabad High Court had ordered, "no construction within 500
meter from the mid stream of the Ganges".

This order was passed by a division bench consisting of Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice Arun Tandon.

yes, Information is correct.
The Allahabad High court said order on PIL No. 4003 of 2006.
But someone says that said order is challenged before the Supreme Court. and the Supreme court decided.

The judgment was passed by allahabad high court on 28.03.2011 and its appeal filed by State of UP is still pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court.
