Should i buy a property which is disputed

i wish to purchase a property near to my clinic.
but the property is divided between three brothers . and a case is filed against the three brothers because they have excluded the sister from the property.
and the portion i am thinking to buy , the owner has shown me his pan card and driving licence which has different names in the place of his fathers name and the deed shows a different name.
is it advisible to invest in such a property.
will there be any problem keeping in mind that all the documents and proofs they have shown me have different names and a court case is on the house ???

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents, avoid if disputed property.
