Respected Sir/Madam
My Self Hetta Solanki. I stay in Mumbai (Dahisar). Now i Stay in Chawl it was gone on re-development and construction under SRA.
So i got Flat approx 269 carpet area.
but i have in chawl room area is 350sq foot which is bigger then sra building flat.
so i can claim for any befit to builder or any other services? (which is in term of money or any other things)
and how many document i will collect before shift in flat?
so can you give proper guidance or any need full information about my queery.

First of all you have to go through the redevelopment agreement or any document that has been executed between the developer, chawl society and indivisual chawl room owners. If there it is agreed that less area than presently in possession is to be given you singly cannot challenge the same. It is a group decision.So seek all the details and documents of redevelopment and again raise a query.

it appears your chawl has already gone in for redevelopment and your building construction been completed . you have been aloted 269 square feet . once you have signed agreement with builder you cannot be allotted bigger flat than mentioned in your agreement . the terms of your agreement are sacrosanct

Go through the agreement signed by you with the builder if any. If till date no agreement signed, press you concern before signing.

but i have very nice relation with builder. but his son is not well behave persone.
so my mom is already signe the agreement.
but in our chawl only my room is big not all. all have approx 150 or 200 sq ft.
so other people can not supoort with us.
so any other steps i can take?
