submission of proof

i am going to file a consumer case. i know that have to submit photo copy of all receipt, warrenty card etc but also have a voice recorded on my mobile. how can i submit this proof.i can not submit my mobile.

Copy of the same in to CD and submit the CD along with your affidavit before the Consumer Forum .

I agree with Y V V. U can also move it to the memory card then produce it before the court.

yea, CD format is best n also as advised by rajeev moving to memory card also is good suggestion as two record is needed as one get misplaced other is used. Y.V.V.roa also suggested good thing of filing affidavit along with it as it will be an evidentiary trustable peice to prove the truth.
