Teacher all the time threatening

My son is studing in saint xavier school, it has just been started this year 2011,he is studing in upper kg,there are all new teachers,the teaching method is totally different they are using accent and marathi words while teaching,were the childer are falling difficult to pronounce words,every time the teacher call the parents and threaten us to look for another school,or the child have to repeat the class is this age for the child to repeat the class.............how can the teacher say this, we are paying fees and it is there duty to see the child picks up for what are we paying fees to them,and is this way they speak to the parents,first it is there fault,the teacher are all new them self,and they have no teaching experience and they are blaming the children,the school that are out side are teaching so systematically it is just because the school name is there...can i take any action against the school or teacher,i know how i have paid the fees and it is not a joke ,i am paying Rs15000 as fees ,rickshaw Rs8400,and for snacks Rs4000 ,i had informed the principal that i am poor,he even knows my family story,he is our family friend, and still he didnt give concession,and the main thing is that i am a christain and that school is for poor catholic, just see what is going on.......what can be done to teach them a lesson

Your problem is that even though good schools are well known to you but due to your mentality to think on religious lines, you got admitted your child in this new school.
Anyway, you can file a consumer complaint against such school and prior to that it shall be good to serve a legal notice upon the management and the Principal.

Now a days schools are turned in to commerical establishments. Teachers come for only for the salary not to give good education. It is better to change the school for the benefit of the boy.

for a ukg student,you are spending about 25000.00 and you say,you are poor.
why dont you enroll your kid in an ordinary school,which you can afford.
there is no point in fighting against them.
atleast upto 5th std,let your child study in a ordinary school,so that he is brought up without much pressure.

Dear Francis,
I hope you can understand well that the teachers of any school cannot be expected to use accents differently for all the individual students of a class to teach them. In whichever school you admit your son, he will have to adapt himself and learn in the environment of the school & class where he is admitted. All the students temporarily experience some difficulty to adjust themselves for some time in every school. Even if you admit your son in some other school, he will have to bear with some initial difficulties for some time before he could adjusts himself in that environment.
If you are paying fee, the other parents are also paying the fee to teach their wards and they can also demand different methods of teaching for their individual children as per their own convenience and accents of speaking they use at their homes. Schools are meant for uniform speaking language for the children to make them adjust easily in the outside scocity before they become mature.
You can very well understand that when the Principal, being your family friend cannot find himself able to help you how the subordinate teachers can adapt their ways of teaching differently for your son only and the other methods for other children?
