time frame for reinstaement in service following acquttal

my self was working as engineer. i have been acquitted honorably by Gujarat high court on 24/3/2011. the same has been informed to my company. yet no action for reinstatement. how long should i wait before taking further actions? what line of action are advisable in this matter. detail judgement can be viewed on high court web site. cr. appli. 759/98.

Submit an application to the authorities concerned requesting for your reinstatement enclosing a copy of the judgement.
