Transfer of ownership of mahada property

Property is in the name of my father's sister where we all were staying i.e
1.my father's sister
2.my father
3.my mother
4.myself
5.my brother
My father passed away and then my mother passed away and now my father's sister passed away. How do myself and my brother transfer this property to our names.We have been residing here since birth (i.e 33yrs)

is it a flat in cooperative society ? has your aunt left any will ? or has she left any nomination ?

its a mahada property...she passed away in june.....there is no information of will since then

is it a flat or bungalow . even for mhada flats cooperative society is formed . please verify your facts

If no WILL, or Nomination, u need sucession certificate from Court to trf Flat on yr name.
