CAN I TRANSFER MY GIDC LEASE HOLD PROPERTY WITHOUT SALE DEED UNDER TRANSFER OF PROPERTY ACT? IS IT NECESSARY TO USE STAMPS AS PER TRANSFER OF PROPERTY ACT ?

I think the Industrial development reserved area plots are not transferable directly.. it needs the permission of the corporation.. please check with specific lawyer handling Industrial real estate in Gujarat.

No. GIDC is your lessor. You are only a lessee. You cannot transfer the property of GIDC in any manner(by way of sale,lease,mortgage,gift or exchange) without prior written permission of GIDC and confer any title to the property in favour of any third party. It can be done by GIDC alone.Even GIDC is not absolute owner.It is the concerned State Govt.It can transfer the property to any third party that too by way of fresh lease only
