no sir you are not allowed to use the word advocate in front of your name or any were till you get sand that is registration from bar council nor you should wear band and represent any forum or court till you get the sand as per the advocate act if do so and some body make a complaint you will be in problem.

after enrolling in bar council as advocate, one can use the word advocate, officially.
LL.B is the degree which entitles you to enrol as advocate and pursue legal profession.

You have stated "cleared my LLB and result out on 31.3.2014" and asking the question inter alia that "subject to pending registration application to bar council of u.p. , whether can i use designation "ADVOCATE" with my name and whether the same can be printed on my signboard hang on my office" implies that you have crammed the books and not cleared the subject matter, especially Advocates Act, 1961. Donot give the impression regarding standard of eduction imparted to you for so called "cleared my LLB and result out on 31.3.2014", therefore, it is advised to read the provisions of law.
Whatsoever, I fully agree with the experts advise, you will have to wait to suffix "Advocate" to your name till registration formalities are complete which in any case, is initially enrolment with Bar Council of India followed by Bar Council of UP.
