sir earlier all the respected advocates on this site said that illegitimate children does not have any share in ancestral property. we the llegitimate children by virtue of will-deed executed by our father are contesting the suit filed by his illegitimate son for share in our ancestral properties. but supreme court seems to be divided on this issue and the matter is referred to a larger bench for consideration. in the mean time the illegitimate son & is party who includes his advoctes and political leaders are pressurising us to arrive at a compromise with them. sir my query is whether to compromise with them or wait for the larger bench judgement of the supreme court. when is this judgement expected, and which way that may go.thank u
