Dear Sir,
I want to write a will. Can I ask two of my relatives to sign as Witnesses? THE RELATIVES ARE MY COBOTHERS(HUSBANDS OF MY WIFE'S SISTERS).

I agree with the above experts. Any persons can be a witness of the will except the beneficiary/beneficiaries of the willriven

Yes it is very important from legal point of view that a beneficiary of that will should not act as a witness in that will.riven

yes, they can sign as witteness to the will apart from these two wittness scribe of the will is important. my advise is it is better to get the signature of the Doctor as a wittenss to the will, because if will is challenged, doctor is best wittnes to say about the health condition of the testetor of the will.riven
