Wrong information to courts

in spesificperformense suit 2004 it is said that it is undivided ancestral property and put in permissive possission the suit is dismissed
now they are showing that property sold to another at1969
now it is purchased by the complainant 2010
in W.P IN HC 2011 constructing house against light and air to his house in govt land.and it is dissmissed
giving wrong information to courts IS this punishable or not.

False statement on oath made willfully knowing the truth with a view to mislead the court to his own benefit is punishable offence.
You can draw this contradiction to either of the courts and initiate proceeding for perjury u/s 340 crpc.

How come 2 proceedings are on for the same cause of action? The WP has to be dismissed even if no action for perjury is initiated.
