I am residing in Haryana and a person file a fir against me U/S 107/116 CRPC in up.UP is my birth place but from long time i am in haryana

What I have do for further process.

You can file application for dispensing with personal appearance by filing applicaton under 115 CrPC.

For this you have to once appear before the Court. WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED NOTICE UNDER SECTION 111CrPC.
