we have a jewellery shop..one day two lady (mother and daughter) come to us to sell a chain.As one of the lady(mother) is selling a vegetable in our village market.She said that she have to pay the school fees of his child.So as she is frm our village selling vegetabl since last 15-20years on trust of her we buyed the old chain frm her.After a month police came to us with one of the lady(daughter) that she sold the chain here.we said yes and they had arrested us.The chain is being theft by two guys and that two guys had given to other their two friends and one friends wife with her mother came to us to sell a chain.The mother is frm our village.This info we got frm police.In district court they had not presented boht the ladies,they left the lady like that only.We didnt got bail frm district court.we applied in session and we got bail after 15dayds.we have the cctv footage that the police came with the lady at our shop bt she is nt there in case.The police had taken us under ipc411. my question are 1.Hw can we use that cctv footage? 2.Hw to prove that we are innocent? 3.Hw to put a crossing in high court? is it gud fr us? pls reply soon i m waiting fr ur reply
