sir,
my wife filed two 498a cases against my family.

later my parents agreed to take her back again on the condition they will withdraw the case

case 2: after 6 months Again she filed 498a , 324 , 506 in my place kavali 1town police station fir no 137/2012.

now she is living with their parents. we got the regular bails for all of us.

I am afraid they are planning to launch one more weapon dv act. how can we escape from that trap.

Please helps us from the deamon family. Help us from blood sucking vampires.

Thanking you.

hello,

One FIR can be quashed.

However, if you can show malafide, it may be quashed all together.
