A senior citizen couple in their 70s is facing threats of all kind from the land lords who bought public trust owned building now under redevelopment.
Inspite High Court orders they can go any length to evict them from the tenancy premises alloted in Redeveloped building and registered in the name of wife.
Due to their criminal background and murder attempt in the past it's not safe for them to stay in the tenancy premises during night hours.
Due to this the couple stay with the relatives in night time and use tenency premises during day time only.
Can the landlord evict them on the ground that its locked during night hours.
