A crime is a crime.  Any one can establish such crime, and those who participated in that plot must suffer for it, as the action of these teachers are not bonafide.  One or two days can be ignored but three months absence can be established in number of ways if some one want to find out facts.

If any body loge complaint about your long absent for 3 moths, you will lose your job in adition to criminaql action agnainst you and Head master also.
