Adding a name to a sale agreement

I entered into a sale agreement for a property. One of the four sellers name is missing on the sale agreement. Others have signed. 4th person is ready to sign too. Please guide me how I can add his name too Thank yiu

1.  Execute a "declaration deed" or a amended "Sale Deed", by quoting relevant clauses and registering the same.
